• Routine Preventive Maintenance
• Itemize reporting of expenses
• Real time tracking of Resident’s Register
• Vacant properties are marketed online, with social media, signs, and local news paper
• Weekly reporting on Vacancies and Delinquent Rent
• Collecting Rent (cash, check, money order, EFT’s online)
• Execute Evictions upon breach of the Lease Agreements
• Prepare and carry out the terms of the Lease
• Recommend residents carry HO4- Renters Insurance
• Criminal History, Background Checks, and Proof of Income is required before acceptance
• Require a deposit equal to your first month’s rent
• There is a $45 Application fee and an additional $10 per adult
• Your Gross Income is required to equal 3 times the amount of monthly rent
• Additional deposit will be required if income does not qualify
• There is NO Pet deposit. There is an additional $25 monthly fee per pet
